Minnesota Public Radio

Our work for MPR included an iconic ad campaign for Classical Minnesota Public Radio. We concepted and art directed the campaign with MPR’s in-house creative department. The objective was to get ratings up in Spring and to communicate that MPR’s approach to classical music is fresh and vibrant.

We art directed additional print and web concepts in subsequent seasons. The campaign ‘has legs’ and lives on. It has been very well received by the public and has definitely achieved all that we set out to do with it.

We have art directed many issues of Plugged In, MPR’s insert in Minnesota Monthly. Our work has included the page concept itself, layout of content, and production of editorial graphics.

We created window cling graphics for MPR’s building during a special event. The size and expense of the graphic placements required great care in mockup and visualization.

Metro DentalCare

We helped Metro DentalCare with numerous projects including ad setups, print collateral pieces and web graphics. Small projects—far from being easy—often require fast turnarounds and careful attention to detail.

Metro DentalCare’s brand statements included several previously-developed image/headline concepts. When they needed new concepts, we helped generate them, matching the style of the graphics and the copy tone of the brand.

National Marrow Donor Program

We have designed many print collateral pieces for NMDP, including their annual reports. Applying the brand skillfully and telling the stories of the marrow donors and recipients have been key to a great outcome.

When NMDP launched their new Be The Match brand, we designed many collateral pieces, including this sales kit. We also helped figure out how the new brand standards applied to ‘real-world’ situations.

NMDP had a set of existing newsletters that needed updating to meet current brand standards. We gave the pieces a design overhaul and got them successfully revised and on press.

Renewal by Anderson

Renewal by Andersen’s logo and branding had been recently updated. We were hired to apply the new look to stationery and many collateral pieces. We worked carefully with the client to decide how the new brand could best be implemented ‘in the real world’ of actual pieces.

Our work involved updating store graphics like these, working closely with the digital output house on critical details like color accuracy.

Starkey—a world leader in hearing aid technology—hired us to produce several of their retail campaigns. Our services included concept development, art direction and writing.

Wolters Kluwer Financial Services

Among our many projects for Wolters Kluwer Financial Services, we helped them develop a campaign to help their clients navigate the changing world of banking regulations. The campaign included direct mail, web banner ads, event signage and e-mail design and coding.
